A very full evening of ceremony and presentations at Lion Lodge on 19 January!

Worshipful Master WBro. Nigel Lemmy was proclaimed back into the chair of King Solomon, and presentations were made to:

  • Bro. Jordan Ingram, received his Grand Lodge Certificate from the  Representative of the PGM WBro. Nick Mitchell.
  • W Bro Adrian Cross, his Solomon Diploma, presented by the Provincial Solomon Lead WM Nigel Lemmy. WBro Adrian has been a mason for 47 years!
  • The Worshipful Master presented a cheque to the Rep of the PGM WBro. Nick Mitchell for £ 2000 for Festival 2029.

Also in attendance was WBro. Martin Eggermont APGM and Festival 2029 Chairman.

Downstairs in the dining room there is now the amazing fixture of the Lion quilt art work (see image), donated by the SW Bro. Melvin Petherick's wife, and took many hours to complete.

Pictured on a visit from Saltburn and in front of the quilt, brethren of Huntcliff Lodge 4539 Saltburn were well entertained by their hosts. A great night all round.

What is a Festival?

What is the target?

It is hoped that every member will give what they can toward this excellent cause.

As well as individuals Lodges and Chapters are encouraged to attain a level of achievement based on their membership.

It is hoped that most Lodges and Chapters will reach one of the achievements and that at the very least all will have given something.

How do I support The Festival?

Donations can be made in a number of ways, but it is hoped that most members will sign up for a regular promise by direct debit.

You can also donate online here.

Your Charity Steward will have the forms and details of the other methods. You can also visit the MCF Fundraising hub for more ideas and help.
